AndesPeaks Capital was founded with the goal of granting the world access to a secret previously reserved for a select few.

In our fast-paced economy, the best investments are not always easily identifiable nor accessible. AndesPeaks allows smaller, individual investors to profit from hand-picked opportunities from niches in real estate markets in Chile´s metropolitan centers. In the past, knowledge and access to such investment areas was limited to a small number of wealthy local players. Today, we have empowered a diverse pool of shareholders to enter the market.

Santiago is the capital of Chile, housing roughly 5.5 million people, known for its rapid expansion and the stunning 4.5%  annual growth rate of its population in the central municipality.
